Mentor2 weeks agoFalling for excuses from a seller who does not deliver, is your choice, ebay provides a perfectly good 30 day money back guarantee, but it is up to buyers to use it. No one can make you follow instructions.
A seller can refund at any time up to 90 days from sale, any thing else they say is just an excuse.
