Ebay is not recognising a successful return
I have returned the item, it was delivered to the seller's address on 6th Dec but ebay is telling me to print returns label

Mentor7 months agoThen it should have marked as sent when scanned by the courier. Unfortunately you will need to contact ebay CS about this.

Mentor7 months agoYou're at least the second person who has said this today so sounds like an ebay issue. You could try contacting them although it's not easy these days. Click on the help link at the top of any page and select a topic. Scroll down to Contact Us to get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent? Keep repeating until they pass you to a real person.
