all was going well I started my new EBAY UK based account, I successfully listed items and on the third day i got 6 orders and after that ebay asked for a verfication to prove identity and I provided his licence no and after that there was no reply and then I called ebay support and they asked few questions and then they said your account will be reinstated soon but after 24 hours no thing happened and then I recalled the support and support said that your account is permanently suspended but no email recieved , after going through all process please let me know that how to reinstate the account, I have all legal documents of uk and is eligble to use ebay account

·2 months agoYou won't be able to reinstate a permanently suspended account.
Although the process seems harsh and unfair, if you contact Customer Services, they probably won't even be able to discuss this with you.

I got this message only and one agent is saying one thing and other is
saying something elese that is confusing

Mentor2 months agoThis is a temporary restriction which when this period has lapsed you will be able to sell again.
It clearly states you need to contact Customer Services within 30 days or the restriction becomes permanent. Looks like they just need to verify you are the owner of the account, to be able to sell again.
Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.
