eBay is a joke
Can any one tell me why it's totally impossible to directly contact eBay ? I have done everything possible and it directs me back to an automated selection every time. I have to say this is absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with.
I sold an item, issued the label, received an email confirming Royal mail as the currier and no one has collected the item 10 days later. They won't issue another label and have not answered any complaints I have made.
