Ebay insisting I buy a cancelled item
Hi. I won an item but the seller contacted me about a fault with the item. We agreed to cancel the order. I cancelled, the buyer accepted and cancelled.
Ebay sent me a notification that the sale was cancelled.
However the item is in my trolley and ebay is insisting I buy it.
If I go to Checkout, funnily enough there's nothing to buy.
Cant find a way to contact anybody to help me.

It may be slightly irritating that this is still showing in your basket, but Ebay won't 'insist' you pay.
