eBay hold on item not received case
eBay has placed 2 holds on my 'item not received ' case in the mistaken belief that it's 'on its way'. Royal Mail claim to have attempted delivery twice, there is no option for redelivery (barred by RM) and the item is now being held at a remote depot which I can't get to, pending return to the seller.
Will eBay continue to impose holds - the latest expires tomorrow?

Mentor2 weeks agoRM hold at their local depot for 18 working days. You should have had red cards through the door to advise - they will make two delivery attempts. You can rebook deliveries on Royal Mail, they are not barred at all. Here is the link:

OP2 weeks agoSorry, simply not the case about redelivery. Not permitted after 2 attempts. Believe me, I've tried!
