How do you get to speak to someone at customer services when the item isn't listed in the stupid AI list of issues.

Failing that, I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
