eBay help broken

A little while ago, I submitted an offer which was declined and refunded by the seller who specifically asked me to bid on a different listing of theirs. Every time I try, the offer is blocked. The seller isn't responding, so I've tried to contact eBay for help.
The AI assistant is broken there's nothing in the FAQs to help, and there's no alternative to be able to contact them while the AI assistant is broken. Does anyone know of a different way of contacting eBay customer support, please?

If you bid and seller refunded then there is nothing that ebay will do.Did you not think it odd to make a bid?

OP2 weeks agoThe initial item I bid and paid for had a confusing listing. I requested that I be sent something included in the listing that wasn't intended to be included in the offer. That was the seller's error. They refunded the money I'd paid and directed me to the correct offer, but I can't pay for it as every time I try , I'm blocked. I've messaged the seller several times, as they were the ones who redirected me to the correct item, but they're simply not responding. I suspected that the seller is doing the blocking, but I thought that eBay might intervene and request that the seller respond, either by removing the block, or by at least replying and acknowledging that they don't want to do business with me. I feel somewhat hard done by as the mistake was an innocent one caused by a misleading listing.

Nothing ebay will do, it is sellers choice.
