eBay have flagged up delivered. Yet it has not been delivered through my letterbox
I bought two items similar and by same manufactured one is an eau de toilette
the other a body fragrance spray. Yet eBay flags up the item as delivered the spray.
It has not been delivered, neither has the toilette, which I have opened a case as not delivered, I am at an utter loss at the incompetence of eBay that leaves me no room to notify my paid for item not delivered help please

·10 months agoIf you open 'not received' cases for items you have not received, then Ebay check the tracking.
If the carrier shows the items have been delivered, then Ebay will not refund you - they go by the courier's tracking.
You should check around your property and ask the neighbours if they have your parcels.
You can contact the carrier(s) involved and ask them if the items were correctly delivered.
It may be that the items have been delivered and then stolen from your doorstep but this is not Ebay's fault.

OP10 months agoNo photographic evidence they pushed the item through my letterbox so far.
Indeed Royal Mail, give photographic letterbox evidence.
There is a hidden disguised are at my front door where postage can be laid .

Door bells are often not rung. My example of this ....Last year my son for my birthday, sent a fabulous box of frozen seafood. Guess what! Delivered on time on the doorstep, no bell rung ! My birthday is in November, it was pouring with rain.
If my son hadn't messaged hours later to say he sees the item has been delivered , and was wondering why I hadn't said!! Box outside was getting wet and soggy and merrily defrosting hundreds of pounds of seafood!!
Postman ( courier) doesn't always ring.... once or twice ! 🤗 ! Sorry for the pun !
