eBay hasnt responded its been 5 days

I'm new to ebay and i just bought a pc. When it came the internals were completely different from the pictures on the listing, and was also faulty because it was shutting off on its own. I messaged the seller that i got different parts, he asked for a photo to match the item he sold me and when i sent a photo he claimed it wasn't the pc she shipped to me. The case and ssd were exactly the same in the listing photos, just everything else was different. I then requested a refund and added additional photos to the return request that he later accepted, and when it arrived to him he opened a case saying it wasn't his computer and everything had changed. He also left a bad review on my account calling me a scammer and that i swapped the parts, that i scam to get free items. The case was opened 5 days ago and eBay still hasn't responded. So who's in the wrong? The seller has 99.4% positive feedback with around 2000 reviews. And if don't get the refund il have wasted money with no pc.

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedDid you open a proper return case, and seller provided a return label, then on receipt it is up to seller to refund. He can only complain to ebay after refunding as it is now up to you to escalate your case.

There is no case the seller can open!
If seller has left negative comments on positive feedback you should report it to ebay to get it removed.
That feedback needs reporting it is not allowed, and seller needs to be taught a lesson.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou should try to speak to someone at ebay which unfortunately is not easy these days. Click on help at the top of a page, select a subject and type in "speak to agent". Persevere until you get through to someone. If no luck tonight try again in the morning.
