eBay has not release my hidden listings
Summary: powder_train is experiencing issues with eBay listings being hidden due to a policy violation despite revising them several times. tobiasd4 suggests that including web links in the description might trigger the issue and recommends using 'sell similar' without web addresses. powder_train agrees to restart the process, while john1297576 advises that a complete relist might be necessary.
I listed 3 items and the eBay bot thinks there is a policy violation when there is not (see below). I have revised the listings to avoid any possible doubt yet the listings remain hidden. The chatbot does not understand my query. I see not way to contact a person about this. Any suggestions as to what to do? Ebay says it is here to help (see below)) but I see no evidence of this.
Thanks ...
One or more of your listings have been hidden for not following our Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy. We understand that this must be frustrating. But don’t worry — we’re here to help!
What happened
Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information prior to an eBay purchase, is not allowed.
More specific details are provided below.
What to do next
The easiest way to solve this issue is to revise your listings to follow our policy. From your Active Listings, you can review and address the policy issues in your listings.

Mentor2 weeks agoAs said you need to relist, sell similar may not work and you may need to restart from scratch.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you add weblink to description, AI can see it as an off ebay deal.
You can't revise listing, use sell similar and leave out web address, you should be fine.
