Ebay has lost the plot *bleep* is TrackingAce?!
So i bought an item on ebay, on the 12th of Dec.
The seller did not message or update any dispatching UNTIL i messaged on the 16th asking about the status.
Suddenly and miraculously it was dispatched with a "courier" i never heard of. Tracking ace was the courier,
or so they claimed they used. Now the seller also got back to me very quickly which i was grateful for, but me having a bad feeling was always checking the tracking multiple times a day.
On the 18th Thursday (Was midnight on 17th to 18th) i noticed the tracking information completely changed
adding some new information in. Up until that point, i had parcels be delivered, so i know for a fact any attempts or deliveries were false.
I have seen other's stories on seller's using this courier, and of Ebay allowing them to scam people openly and brazenly. PLEASE do not use your ebay wallet or card details. I personally use Paypal and i've not had a bad experience in getting my money back. But in my case i used paypal credit so we will see.
I just want you to know if someone sells an item to you using TrackingAce it is fake! The website doesn't even have any contact information apart from an email.
It also has a 1* feedback online, so.. Speaks volumes.
Don't get scammed by sellers or ebay who won't give your money back!
