eBay has hidden one of my listings and I can't see how to resolve it. | Member To Member Support

I've listed a straightforward listing but eBay has sent me an email saying "We hid some of your listings: Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay policy". I've gone back through what I did and can't see the issue. I've re-posted it twice and I'm still getting the same message. I've tried to reach an eBay agent but can't find a way to reach someone. Any advice?
