eBay GSP and EPR
We are a small business and ship internationally via Ebay Global Shipping Programme from UK. As such, we ship to UK warehouse and then Ebay takes over.
I'm not convinced we need to have an EPR account within EU member states. Could anyone clarify? Ebay are asking for EPR numbers.

Mentor3 weeks agoEPR isn't primarily a shipping/customs issue though. It concerns who is regarded as the producer placing the relevant product/packaging on the market in the destination country.
The new EU packaging requirements mean that Business sellers (on any site) are considered packaging producers for goods sold into EU markets and need to provide EPR packaging registration numbers.
