eBay global shipping did not deliver my item and it's been over 90 days
Hello there!
I'm a little stuck. I ordered 15 Pokémon cards (order number: 14-13553-23396, $280.15) from a seller in the states (I'm in the UK) on the 9th September 2025. About a month later I noticed they hadn't arrived and kept an eye on the tracking. By the time I realised they were likely lost in transit it was too late to raise a case with eBay. I contacted the seller and they've told me to go through eBay. Whenever I try the automated agent it just complains that the purchase was now over 90 days ago.
Do I have to accept I'm out of pocket or can eBay still help me here? I've got the DHL tracking # of the order which confirms it has still not been delivered. I only hesitated in reporting it as I assumed (wrongly) to try and contact DHL directly but I've had zero luck there as well.
Thanks in advance everyone 🙂

Mentor6 months agoeBay will only cover you for 30 days from the latest delivery date showing on your order, and I'm guessing that you're way past that now.
If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card you have 120 days (from the payment date) to issue a not received chargeback.
