Ebay fees
I have debit collection chasing me for eBay fees I have not sold anything on eBay and do not understand why I’m being charged for something I believe this to be fraud.

Looks like your buyer paid and then had to chase a refund. If eBay had to make that refund they'll be chasing you for it.

Mentor5 months agothe negative feedback you got indicates that eBay had to force a £500 refund to a buyer.
They will expect you to repay them.

Mentor5 months agoeBay do use debt collectors for unpaid fees.
You need to contact Customer Services asap for them to explain what this fee is, and how you can pay it.
To Contact Customer Services I recommend using the link below for a Call Back option, and call as close to 8 a.m. on weekdays as possible, as there's more chance then, of Dublin answering.
