Ebay emails fraud and hacking
EBay emailed me that they are debiting my account the sum of £1,193.35
they said we wanted to let you know about.
You’ll see this charge after 3 days. It will look like this on your account statement:
eBay C 26991415965
I have not purchased anything is the a fraud has my account been hacked eBay have not got back to me

Also, unless you have registered as a seller and provided eBay with a bank account from which to take payments, they can't take any money from you. And neither can any fraudster.
This sounds like a scam and thhe question you need to consider is what do they hope to gain from this? The usual answer is to panic you into clicking on a link provided in the message, which will take you to some form of fake log-in page and steal your password or other information. So don't click on any links in the message.
In your situation I would just report it to spoof@ebay.com and wait to see whether any bill purporting to be from eBay actually arrives. If it does, contact eBay - though eBay's web site, and NOT by clicking any link in the message.

If the message addressed you by your username fjdavid and not by your real name it's spam. Although , I would strongly advise if your name is David to change that ID as it's obviously all too easy to guess your real name !
Don't click on any links on it.
You do need to contact Customer Services for them to confirm the message was from them and what this is for.
It's not easy to contact an agent at CS, but go to Help & Contact top left of your eBay homepage, and keep typing in... speak to an agent , it can take quite a few attempts!
Best times are around 8 a.m. on weekdays when there's more chance of Dublin answering.
