eBay don’t know I have posted causing problems

Question

I have posted not using eBay postage , now the item has been received and I have positive feedback but eBay don’t seem to know, they still want me to print a label and my printer doesn’t work and I can’t get my payment. I can’t find any help either. Can someone help please.🙏

You can mark dispatched by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label (no need to actualy print). It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days assuming they paid for it. But you can't change tracking number and so payment may be held for 14 days but you will get it even without marking dispatched.
