eBay descriptions don't post
Summary: andandr_l9a6grnw expressed frustration with a technical issue on eBay where item descriptions disappear after postings go live. I am getting more and more frustrated with eBay item descriptions not posting. And there doesn't seem to be a way of reporting the issue as a technical fault/bug.
What I am finding is that my items will post to the marketplace and go live. However, the description I added with them in the listing disappears entirely. If I go back to revise the listing and re add the description eBay allows me to do this, and confirms the item has been updated after I save it. But if I view the listing the description is still empty!
Is there any way to make eBay aware of a technical issue like this one?

Mentor2 weeks agoHow do you do your description? You don’t by any chance use Copy and Paste?

Mentor2 weeks agoMay not work, but when wording is in place copy it again and just click on the page.
I copy and paste the title into description and find this works for me. Nothing worse than finding a blank page.
