Ebay delete seller but will not refund me /Fraud and Scam ?
Seller and item not existing and Ebay gives seller all right to decline my refund
Should I go direct to Paypal now ?
I report that item will never arrive and Ebay gives seller many days and will not do anything but have closed seller and remove item
I can not send seller message because is not any more
What shall I do ?

Mentor3 weeks agoIt's probably best to go straight to PayPal, but you will need to give them more information than you gave us.
It's difficult to offer any meaningful advice if you don't tell us when you bought it, when it was due for delivery and what actions you took under eBay's money back guarantee. You didn't even tell us that you are in Iceland!

Benn fighting with Ebay for over 10 days

Mentor3 weeks agoYou did the right thing going to eBay first and although it took them some time to refund, they came good in the end.
eBay is always your first ' port of call' in these cases, and then your payment provider.
PayPal usually take longer to refund, as they delve into cases more thoroughly before parting with money!
