Ebay deducted money by mistake
so i had sold £393.10 worth of prodicts when i sold an item with postage for £34.57 which i cancelled and credited when the person wanted to send to a non verified address. Instead of taking the amount off the £427.67 (£393.10 plus £34.57) they have taken refunded it off the £393.10 so essentially they have refunded it then taken it again. Obviously you can't speak directly to a person to sort it out so what do I do?

Mentor10 months agoI do not understand what you are saying. after the refund your balance returns to exactly what it was before the £34.57 was received, so what is wrong?

OP10 months agothey refunded the amount then deducted it again as the picture shows.
Luckily this morning it was showing right again so just looked like a
glitch.
