EBay customer service failure
Had an issue with the Book Collection process so spent ages on phone with customer service. At the end the agent said it would have to be escalated to a technical team but they would be in touch within 24 hours. Two days later and nothing. Meanwhile the clock was ticking on my need to dispatch. Shoddy.

It's not clear what you mean by the Book Collection process? If you want to explain what the problem is someone here may be able to help.
