eBay Coupon not recognised at checkout.
I have £50 coupon sent to me by eBay with an expiry in 6 hours. The code is not recognised at checkout. How do I find a real human being to sort this out before it expires, or is that eBay's intention in the first place?

If you have, and it should be valid for the purchase you're applying it to, I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:

OP11 months agoYes, I had met all the T&Cs, but I could find no way to contact eBay to follow up. You saved the day with that link for a call back for which I am most grateful. It still took eBay 15 minutes to sort it out, but all worked out for the best at the end.
