Ebay combined postage problem
I have sent two items with combined post but although I have marked it as "dispatched" one item still shows as "waiting for dispatch". Has anyone any idea of how to resolve this problem as eBay's solution doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Mentor1 month agoNot possible, you only have one tracking number covering one item. Buyers should place items in basket before paying then two items becomes only one transaction.
As it stands buyer could claim not received and get a refund.
