Ebay closed a refund request on me because I was to ill to respond in time what should i do
I brought 2 expensive items from a seller on ebay they sent one not the other. I told ebay about it. but due to severe illness involving hospital care i could not respond to ebay in time., i contacted ebay on an appeal they just said the equivalent to, bad luck and put the phone down. i can produce documentary evidence from hospital consultant of my illness. I am 2 years off of seventy years old and i can not afford to lose money in this way. What should I do.
