HII listed a car on ebay and ebay made a charge of £14.99 . A few days later they charged me again the same amount saying that the first one was declined!! I have made a payment to them today for both amounts but I will be getting one back as having spoken to my bank they insist that they have NEVER declined an amount due to be paid to ebay. Please give me a number that I can call so that I can speak to someone at Ebay to demand a return of some of my money!! It's a relatively small amount but there's a principle here.It's clearly an error on their part .Thanks
