eBay charged buyer 91p postage but only offers me £3.10 label. How do I select the recommended 91p service?

Hi, I need help with the postage options on an item I have sold.
When I created the listing, eBay recommended postage of £0.91 for a Large Letter, and that is what the buyer has been charged.
However, the buyer has somehow selected Evri Standard at £3.10. When I go to buy the postage label, eBay is only offering the more expensive services and does not give me the option to purchase the original £0.91 service that eBay recommended for the listing.
The order details clearly show that the buyer only paid £0.91 postage, so I should not have to pay the additional cost myself because a more expensive service was selected at checkout.
Please can you either:
enable the original £0.91 postage service on this order, or
explain how I can purchase and use the service that eBay originally recommended when I created the listing.
I have screenshots showing the £0.91 postage paid by the buyer and the £3.10 Evri service shown as “Buyer selected”.

Mentor3 weeks agoIF its an envelope sized item take it to the post office buy a second class stamp. Just bear in mind no tracking on item. If you want tracking on the item then its £3.30 tracked 48 with Royal Mail.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe buyer can only select the postage you put on the listing. The 'buyer selected' is just very poor wording by ebay.
For custom postage, which this is, you can either buy postage through ebay or direct from the courier. If you buy through ebay it defaults to what is usually the wrong thing, and you have to change it or you end up buying a more expensive label.
I suggest you buy direct from the Post Office or Royal Mail website.
