eBay carrier system failed to deliver parcel
A high value item se t through Simple delivery is booked in BB it not moved in ten days . What can I do

I am not sure what you mean by booked in BB, however a couple of things, is the same tracking showing on the carriers website as on eBay?
Secondly if you haven't received the item have you opened an Item Not Received Case?
