eBay cancelled the pre paid label
I've sold an item and eBay have cancelled the pre paid label because it's passed the dispatch date, there's no option for me to put in tracking for if I buy my own label, if I send the item with tracking how do I dispatch it on my end when I send it?

Message buyer with tracking info.

Mentor2 months agoYou can't. You would have to give the new tracking number to the buyer via message. However, if they opened a "not received" case you would be able to add it to that.
