ebay blocking me contacting them

hello everybody
quick question ,
ok so i sell stuff on ebay and every once in a while , an item comes up as a policy violation
so i file an appeal and as soon as someone human looks at it ,, it gets re instated
brilliant
but now i am getting the same item removed as a policy violation
but when i go to click the " appeal " button ,, its greyed out
so no chance to appeal
i try contacting someone and after an hour i finally get the
" have us call you " box ,, to have it greyed out
exactly the same if i try the " email us " box
so if i cant email
live chat or phone
how do i contact anybody
i tred looking up and saw a few links to " chat with us "
only ,, you guessed it ,, it was greyed out

Mentor3 months agoWhy do you get policy violations, what are you selling which causes the problem in the first place?
Possibly you have had more than the number of violations that ebay expect.

my question was how come it gets blocked ,,
then re-instated
then blocked
then re-instated
and now i cant contact anybody ??
