eBay Balance Payment to my bank account
I got an email that my eBay balance has automatically been credited to my bank account on 7th October. My eBay balance is now zero, but my bank account does not show the credited amount? How do I get this rectified?

·10 months agoYou should check that you have the correct bank account details.
If you look in 'payments', you can see the payment was made, when and how much.
You can also check that it has gone to the correct bank account.

OP10 months agoThanks. Looking at the transactions, it seems ebay has not made the payout despite sending an email that it will be automatically payed out. I will do a manual payout now.

OP9 months agoI paid for a label and then cancelled it, expecting my ebay balance to be immediately restored. but ebay has confirmed that the refund could take upto 21 days.

Mentor10 months agoIf the balance is Zero, there is nothing to take out.
Have you previously made any withdrawals, which would show that your bank account details are correct. If money is left in account, ebay automatically pays out on first Tuesday of Jan, Apl, July and October.
