Mentor3 weeks agoPersonally I wouldn't use my balance on ebay for paying for things (unless a few pounds) you have no protection from eBay after 30 days that you would have from your bank or other payment providers.

Mentor3 weeks agoTry a different device or browser, I understand it's sometimes not available on the app and sometimes not on a desktop, try switching around if you can, see if that helps.
