EBay automated system useless
I returned an item that was too small, description wrong. The seller hasn’t
T paid. The eBay automated system is constrained and doesn’t see, to accept that I’ve returned it al read y and wants me to scan a code to return it which I obviously can’t do. HELP

Mentor3 weeks agoReturns are done through an ebay return case, if you just returned to the seller, then that is not the way to get a refund and I doubt ebay will be able to help.
