Ebay Automated Assistant Frozen
Has anyone experienced this before? EBay Auto assistant frozen when opened. Can't select any options or type any message. Very bizarre! Need to contact them but literally Can't.

Providing an update here. Tech have confirmed this issue with the support chat being greyed out as resolved. The fix has been applied and its working as normal.

Just to add that there is a ticket open with tech to investigate the issue some users are experiencing that the contact options are showing as greyed out. Its currently being worked on to resolve.
