Ebay authentication of items

Good morning all

im after a bit of help form the community please.

I recently purchased an item that had eBay authentication. I thought great the item will be checked etc and I’ll get a real item.

now I believe I did get a real item but my issue is I believe that the baby authentication team/people have damaged the box/ inside of box.

Does anyone know where/how in contact eBay regarding this?

has anyone else had issues like this?

any help would be great

Why not simply open a Not as described case, arrived damaged?

Here's how to contact Customer Services...

I strongly recommend contacting CS 8 a.m. on a weekday when the lines open for ' live agents' as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
