Mentor10 months agoeBay need to see supplier invoices (which they will check with the supplier) to ensure that the products you're listing are legally compliant in the UK.
If you're unable to supply the information, eBay will prevent you from selling on their platform.

Mentor10 months agoI'm afraid our opinion would mean little when it comes to what eBay are requesting re documentation for verification of an account.
All I can suggest, is to contact Customer Services, explain the issue you have, see if they can suggest an alternative you can provide.
I strongly suggest contacting CS very first thing, now if you can, when ' live agents' are on duty, 8 a.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. on weekends, as then, there's more chance of Dublin answering, only speak to them.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays
9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.
As said, I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
