Like others, I wanted to offer "Click and Collect" on my selling items but
as royal mail are the only delivery service that will collect from me you will not automatically offer this service to my items.
It is grossly unfair that I have to also choose Evri etc who do not collect from me and negatively impacts disabled people working from home.
On top of this the complaints page is not working so I can’t send a complaint.
