Ebay are charging me commission for selling my bike but the buyer cancelled 10 minutes after buying.
I sold my bike on ebay. The buyer cancelled the transaction immediately so I accepted it was a mistake. EBay are charging me a final selling fee even though the bike never sold. I cannot find a number to contact them any advice

Listing fees for motorbikes / vehicles are non refundable, payable sale or no sale.
It's the same if you listed the bike in your local paper and it didn't sell, the paper would not refund you, your advertising fees.
List it again, and listing fees are charged again, the second the item goes live.
You could always add those listing fees to the starting price if you wish, then you're not out of pocket, when the item sells !
