Ebay applied a coupon and didnt cover it
I advertised an item for £125.50 which included £5.50 buyer protection, so net should have been £120.
The seller paid £110.42 and after buyer protection postage and vat ebay credited me £102.21
I think ebay applied a coupon without my knowlege. I didnt ask for it, I didnt do any promotion.
Why havent ebay swallowed the coupon and I still get £120?

If you screenshot the order breakdown showing the £102.21 we might be able to help.
It won't be a coupon that you are paying for.

Buyers offer what they want to pay, so it includes BPF, I.E. you get less.
If seller makes an offer, ebay add on BPF.
It is all explained in offer you received, although not clear.

OP3 months agoNo I didnt accept an offer. I am not new to this. I received a 'your item has been sold'.
