eBay and seller have marked item as delivered to London....I live in Cumbria and can't report it und
What can I do to report this matter to customer services.....so disgusted at the moment...tracking is in German by DHL Germany !

·11 months agoIf your item was sent from Germany (sorry if my assumption is wrong), then it will go to a UK hub, very possibly in London, before being sent on to you.
If you look at the email you received when you paid, there will be a range of estimated delivery dates.
One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you should open an 'item not received' case.
You do not need to contact Customer Services.
