Ebay and evri label problem october 2025
I bought a torch on the 20th of October, all was going well until this problem with the labels with evri, the torch was then returned to the seller by ebay request which didn't happen, I then opened a not received case which was put on hold until the 9th of November, today, it has now been extended to the 19th of November which is a month, what are you doing ebay, it's not going to be delivered now is it, anyone else in the middle of the farce

This case was probably placed on hold to wait and see where the item ends up, I would wait for a couple of days to see what updates you get from tracking, and if nothing happens, let me know the item number, and I'll send your case for review. However, don't worry, if there is no tracking information confirming the item as delivered to you, the case should be closed in your favor eventually.

OP11 months agoIt's already been on hold for over 2 weeks, by the 19th it will be a month
since I ordered it, neither myself or the seller or evri know where it is
and I can't get a refund until it's sorted, I think after this time and
seeing the tracking info eBay should see it's gone missing and not have
extended the waiting time by another 10 days

I understand where you are coming from, and while the item is most likely lost in transit, sometimes couriers can take extra time to process deliveries, which is why there is an option to place cases on hold, we just try to be fair to both parties as much as possible, no just the buyer or the seller. If this is not resolved by the end of the week, let me know, and I'll be happy to send this one for review, as advised above. In the meantime, please stay in touch with your seller in case they get further updates from the courier.
