eBay account restricted – can’t add bank account due to verification hold

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding an eBay account issue.
I’m a new seller and my account is currently temporarily restricted while eBay verifies that buyers have received their orders. At the same time, I was asked to add my bank account, but I can’t do that because the restriction prevents me from adding bank account details.
It feels like two requirements are blocking each other, and I’m unsure how to resolve this before the deadline (July 8th).
I’ve contacted customer support several times, but I keep receiving the same copy-paste responses, only saying things like “permanently restricted” or unrelated generic explanations. I never recieved any message/emails about permanent restrictions. There was only one reply that was actually somewhat helpful, where they mentioned it’s just a verification step and asked for ID and proof of address documents, though, nothing happened after i uploaded them. I recieved a confirmation of my documents shortly after as well.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows the correct way to handle this situation?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor1 month agoUK accounts are Resident orientated with UK based banking and Address requirements --- probably why the account registration is unsuccessful?.
You are in Hungary --- suggest using a Eurozone site of choice to register correctly.

OP1 month agoI have used Ebay.de, but i wasn't able to do it, then i have also tried Ebay.com, but the same outcome.

Mentor1 month agoYou're in Hungary so wouldn't be able to add a UK bank account via this UK site.
