E-Bay forcing free standard labels on high value item when I was going to cover signed for in price | Member To Member Support

An item just sold for over £200 I had it marked as 'FREE POSTAGE' and in the description I said I including signed and tracked delivery in the price.Now ebay is FORCING me to print their label with a over £4 charge, I am not sending high value items on a standard Royal Mail as Royal Mail have LOST so many collectors items of mine it's infuriating with no cover of losses.Where the hell has the 'ADD TRACKING' section gone so I can just go buy and print my own label and add the tracking? Why are they forcing their own postage in my sale and taking the money going against what I had marked on the listing? More reasons I just want to shut my Ebay page down and just burn the stuff I'm supposed to be selling because every time I sell something new something has changed and I can never find answers, there is no customer service nothing.I want ADD TRACKING back so I can send this damn item tracked and signed for on my own accord and add the damn tracking myself.
