Duplication of ad and duplicated fee
Hi. I sold our family caravan. After the sale, I tried to delete the ad but somehow I set up another ad by mistake. Afterwards, I registered both of the entries as sold even though I sold only one caravan. I have now been charged twice, one for each entry. I have been unable to raise this query with ebay and all I have managed to get is an automated response that does not deal with the query. Can anyone help? John

Mentor3 months agoListing fees for vehicles are non refundable and charged the second the item goes live, even for a few minutes.
However, it may be worth contacting CS and explaining the error, that instead of cancelling another ad was made by mistake they may, no guarantee, make a refund of those listing fees.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
