Duplicated order
Hi, how can I cancel an item that was duplicated by mistake. It was automatically relisted but i didn't realise.
Someone has made a bid on the duplicated item but i have explained and they understand. The original item has been sold. This all came about when a buyer ordered several items and when it came to paying they said they had made a mistake, so this is why it came about again. It wont let me cancel as a bid has been made.

Mentor7 months agoClick on the dropdown menu next to the item on your selling page > End listing. Or use this link:

If it has less than 12 hours to go you won't be able to end it but you can cancel the bid here:

If someone else bids cancel again and block them from bidding again:
