Dropship supplier can't push items to ebay due to pre-settings
Hi there, I'm starting a dropship shop on eBay and using DSers as the supplier. I've connected the accounts but when I try to import items from DSers to eBay, it says that pre-settings in eBay are preventing the import. I've gone through all my settings but I can't find what the problem is. Can anyone help? Many thanks.

OP10 months agoThanks fargvs - have followed the links, have updated payments, personal & banking details, I've gone through postage and selling preferences, I've checked that eBay accepts this supplier & linked the accounts. I can't see what else I need to do - is there a time delay on when the changes I've made can be seen? (they're visible to me on the web page). Many thanks.

Mentor10 months agoIf you can see the changes on your pages at home, it does take ebay upto 24 hours to publish the listings as they need to be optimised etc with the algorithms and what ever else goes on in the background. ONce you are selling on a regular basis they generally only take a few minutes on business accounts to show live.

You are buying to sell = business seller.

OP10 months agoHi plpmr - I've changed my account to business, updated all the fields eBay pointed out but it's still not working....I've gone through all my account settings and can't see anything I've missed....do you know what I might need to change?
