Dropping item to buyer

I sold an item and posted it via the Post Office using DPD Gold, big mistake. The post office put the wrong address on the DPD postage and the parcel has come back to me at my local shop.

I now need to again post it to the buyer and i have decided to drop off the parcel myself but how do i get the QR Code for the buyer to scan to show that the parcel has been delivered.

If you sell an item as collection only (or you plan to deliver it) the buyer gets a collection code.

As this item was sold with postage, they won't be issued with a code.

You could cancel the sale, refund the buyer, and list it as 'collection only' for them to buy again.
