Dropped simple postage item at parcel shop but still not collected after 4 days
I paid for Evri tracked simple postage (sure it was 2 day delivery) and so printed label, attached to parcel & dropped it at Gothenburg shop in Whitburn West Lothian on 17 November but tracking showing it has still not been collected by Evri and now 21 November.

Mentor10 months agoHave you checked with shop to see if collected. It may have been collected but not processed correctly.
