dropped off parcel, tracking number doesnt exist anywhere except dpd

I am selling and doing an international delivery with dpd. I dropped it off at the locker however ever since I have done that, the tracking has not updated, I did not even get my confirmation code from said locker. I have tried contacting dpd but they told me to contact parcel link, and parcel link is telling me my tracking number doesnt exist even though I have the label and I have already dropped it off. is there anyway for me to get it out of the locker? I'm terrified of losing it so early in the process.

Mentor1 month agoAssuming you're a private seller and used eBay's Global Shipping programme you would have used eBay's Simple Delivery to send to the UK hub. That wouldn't normally be DPD. You could try contacting eBay and see if they can shed any light on it. You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:
