Drop shop refused parcel.
Apologies if this has already been asked.
My buyer selected click and collect from a shop who, when the items was delivered, refused it.
It was on the click & collect list.
Tracking says it's being returned to me.
I think I will have to relist for her to buy again, but she will also need to pay postage again - through no fault of hers.
Does she has any recourse?. Buyer protection?.
Any ideas - Thank you.

Mentor1 month agoWhy was the item refused eg was it oversize or what?

OP1 month agoNo as eBay suggest medium parcel less than 10 K. And correct by my calculation as well.
She's spent 1.5 hours trying to find out why it was refused.

Mentor1 month agoBuyer opens item not received case, you refund.
Then you relist so they can buy again, not using same C&C shop.

OP1 month agoI think that's the way to go. But not fair on her. Xx

OP1 month agoWhere does buyer protection fit in?

Mentor1 month agoIf you refund, as you used simple delivery, ebay refund postage.

OP1 month agoThe cost of postage has already been used. Will eBay refund the buyer for a shop they said would be click and collect?.
